How to safely lose weight after c-section? - c section, anemia

Ok, so its only been 2 weeks since I have my baby, but I hate the weight I gained. I lose about a stone or a stone and a half. I have so bad to have anemia, a sensible diet, but I'm not breastfeeding. Any advice would be very grateful. Thanks
